Richard Drinkwater, brings a wealth of experience having first started work in 1998. In his career, Richard has gained a reputation for high quality architectural work. His extensive knowledge of Grade II listed and historic buildings has been applied in uncovering the hidden beauty of Globe House. Previous city centre projects include Ashton House, Eleska House, Fourways House and Conavon Court.
Project Surveyor
Eric Lammet
Eric Lammet (MRICS) is a member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and the Institute of Royal Engineers and has been working in the industry for over 40 years. Most notably Eric was a senior surveyor for the “Major Projects” Group for Manchester City Council.
